Did not like the unexpected "Marketing Fee" that was charged by the hotel in addition to the price already paid on Travelocity. They should not be allowed to tack on additional fees to an agreed upon boodking price. Also the rooms were not very sound proof. Otherwise it was a very comfortable hotel.

Hotel going through renovations. First room they put us in had a light fixture in the bathroom hanging from ceiling with wires exposed. Hotel staff seemed irratated when I asked for help with this. Was put in a different room. Renovations were not complete in this room. Door handles not secured to common use doors. We checked out a day early.

My worst Hotel Experience in my life. Front Desk was rude. Cleaning people were rude. Ice machine woke us up every hour. It’s loud. Will never go back. The owner should fire everyone and start over.

Our room smelled like cheep cologne so bad that we had to run fans and keep our windows open all day. We were there 4 days and the smell never went away. It was so bad it made my wife sick. We did complain the first day and the front desk staff just shrugged her shoulders. Rooms were newly renovated but the smell in our room was terrible. My son had a room that didn’t smell so bad.
