The hotel is one of the best in central Reading. Very close to the railway station and the main business area in central Reading. Ideal for business travellers.

Liked the hotel room. It was a decent temperature. Bathroom was good with a nice powerful shower. Carpet dirty in places…. Not always practical. Coffee and tea on offer which is nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant and my husband did not like the flank steak and frozen baked fries. Overpriced for what was served. My fish and chips were better and I liked the option to have batter or no batter.

Lovely family room with great shower. The bed was very big but a little too firm for me and my partner. We relaxed in the Coppa club and found it to be very relaxing and the staff were attentive and friendly. The food was tasty at both dinner and breakfast.

The security was very rude and intimidatory. They Would not allow me into the property without my key card. I explained that my friend has the key card and went back to the room early. I was the lead guest in the booking. I had email confirmation, my ID and the card I used to pay. Hotel security still refused me entry. I had to call the reception desk to get approval access. This was 4am. Prior to this rude hiccup I enjoyed my stay. After this incident it put a dampen on the rest of the trip.

Very peaceful. Angelike was amazing, couldn’t do enough for us and really obliging. She got us a fan as rooms a bit hot. Felt like it was her business the way we were treated. Such a credit to Easy hotels Thank you Angelike.

Very pleasant stay. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful.
