Very friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble, reception staff, happy to accommodate any requests. Food at the properties is very good and a good selection, plenty of options with traditional Brazilian food. I definitely recommend

Close to the beach but far from restaurant option
You need to take a cab or bad uber services because in BR uber doesn't work like USA at all. Need to ask from. The hotel and be careful. Area around doesn't have nothing to do and is not safe to walk. Need to go to Cabo Downtown to have more options. Not expensive to go there with uber, less then R$10. You should try "caldinhos" and "ensopados" so good if you are allergic to fish try beans. Kids friendly.

Hotel Adequado - Recomendo.
As condições do quatros era razoável, um quatro bem simples, porém limpo. O atendimento dos colaborardes do hotel, poderia ser mais humanizado, principalmente da recepção. O café da manha foi adequado para um hotel de praia. O sinal do internet extremamente fraco no quatro, só funcionava bem na piscina. Um ponto positivo é a piscina a mesma é maravilhosa, parabéns. No mais recomendo o hotel, pois fica extremamente próximo a praia. Vale ressaltar que outras vez que me hospedei neste hotel minha experiência foi melhor.

Hotel com bom custo beneficio.
O quarto é bem espaçoso, a cama é confortável, o chuveiro é do tipo elétrico e estava penso (torto) para a parede tive que tomar banho encostado na parede e o registro estava dando choque. Vocês precisam renovar as toalhas de banho. A porta de entrada de vidro também pode ser ajustada, quando você solta a porta ela fecha com muita velocidade, é super perigoso, pode pegar uma criança ou idoso.

O hotel oferece uma boa estrutura. Tudo funcionando bem. Os valores do restaurante são bem atrativos. Algo q me incomodou foi a questão da limpeza. A água das duas piscinas não estava cristalina e o cheiro de cloro de uma delas tava extremamente forte no início da manhã. Outro coisa foi os funcionários fazendo a limpeza da área de lazer as 10 da manhã. A limpeza dos quartos feita a tarde, quando deveria ser feita pela manhã para os hospedes q têm mais de uma diária.
