Brasada Ranch offers 75 air-conditioned accommodations with fireplaces and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to furnished balconies or patios. Beds feature premium bedding. 42-inch flat-screen televisions come with digital channels.

Bathrooms include bathtubs or showers with deep soaking bathtubs and hair dryers. Room was 7th circle of hell and staff knew nothing about hospitality. A plastic bottle of water for my noisy, gross banged up room on a cave? Asked ME to call mgr? Instead of being empowered to make it right? Beware of the rooms adjacent to mister loud mechanical room. You won’t sleep.

Horrible communication, understaffed, awful restaurants, trash spread throughout property. Got communication to reserve couples message, responded to them in less than 5 minutes and they never responded back. I assumed they booked it, and when I showed up to I asked again to confirm it was booked. Well when I showed up to my appointment, they didn't have it and had booked over it. Great was horseback experience.
