Staff was very friendly. We were give our room keys and went up to move in and cleaning lady was still in there cleaning, she quickly called down to the front desk and he came up and apologized and was going to move us down the hall how we we decided to wait until she done so we could stay near our friends. A little confusing leaving key on wall to turn power on, check in staff should explain this feature. Remote was very hard to work, couldn’t change the channel- confusing nothing would work. Breakfast was not very good, hash browns were rock hard and sausages were overcooked too. Cereal and yogurt were the k my real option. Great location to access Brandt centre. Lots of parking. Would stay here again!

The rooms are nice bc they are big. Unfortunately they also echo badly bc of this. When people have no courtesy about staying in shared spaces, kids running around at 2am in the room above sound like elephants

Get your thermostats fixed!
Hotel was clean and tidy, staff was friendly. The only part that sucked was the thermostat in the room didn’t work and it would not change from 24 degrees in the room no matter the setting. I like my room at like 18/19 to sleep and didn’t sleep at all because it was ridiculously hot in there and the fan was crazy loud trying to get it to cool down, it never did.
