Crap shower

Overall good but the shower was terrible. Constructed wrong. The stationary side of the door is on the wrong side. Therefore, you have to get in the shower and turn the tap on to adjust the temperature and get wet..

Booked a queen room, upon arrival was told there were no more queen rooms left. Instead of us sizing they put us in a room with 2 double beds. The room was super squishy and felt very overcrowded with all the furniture and limited space. If you have large luggage or young kids this is not the hotel for you

Person at front desk was excellent. I received a text after we arrived offering to assist and we did ask for their assistance. Service was prompt and kind. Only one suggestion….would have liked a recycling g container in our room. Great place to stay and will stay again. Thank you!

I checked in and went to my room and all was well. I stopped in downstairs at the pub attached to the hotel to find the door locked, the bartender immediately opened the door and stated that the gang violence lately was the reason they kept the door locked. I had my single beer and went back to my room. After a shower, I went to crawl into bed to find the entire bed soaked wet. I went to front desk to notify them of the issue and staff accompanied me to my room to verify the bed was wet, (like they didn’t believe me). They gave me a new room and asked that I return the key of the bad room to them immediately. I changed rooms, and took shortcut (outside) to front desk. I’m in my pyjamas and was locked out of the hotel as the keycard they gave me would not work on the door. I walked around the building to the front door and told them of this new problem. She replied with (that’s your problem and ignored further talks with me) I am fuming at this point and went back to my room. If this is how I am going to be treated, then Travelodge or Windham does not deserve my business and I will not hesitate to let everyone know that this is how they choose to conduct business. ***** very unhappy *****

There was no safety latch on the door and the peephole was wide open. The floors were dirty and the walls had dirty handprints on them. The only good thing they had going for them was that the staff were very kind. Breakfast was not in the same building, so inconvenient to get to with small kids.

If you like staying in a fridge when it’s 40 below outside then this room is for you do you like laying in dirty sheets with hair and traces of blood well this place is for you when you called to ask for help on nights and nobody can assist you then this place is for you.
