I asked for more towels and was denied because the hotel was with high occupancy, my bed was very uncomfortable and the room was dirty. Hair in the shower not acceptable!

A little disappointed that the restaurant was closed for renovations, therefor no hot breakfast that we enjoyed last stay. The continental breakfast set up was ok with subway breakfast sandwiches, fruit, pastries, croissants, toast, waffles, tarts, yogurt, juice and coffee. On second day, most choices were gone by 9 am! The room was clean but I found there was a stale odour present. Service was good. Price was very good.

The checkin was going well and we had a room however when we pulled back the sheets of the bed there were urine stains on the sheets. The staff wanted to change the sheets but we could not get past that they made up the bed that way. So we received a refund and we left.

The mats that were on the floor were not gripped to the floor, making it unsafe and slippery. Especially for elderly or young children. It was reported to the frint desk. Otherwise a great stay. Hotel was easy to find, staff were helpful. Good value for a bedget hotel.
