Take a deep breath, relax and enjoy your stay at this beautiful 3BD/2BA condo (accommodates up to 8 guests) located in the welcoming Creekwood community off of Rt. 1, in Rehoboth Beach, just under 4 miles away from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk.

***Bedding (including comforters) and towels included. Toiletries not included*** Includes a parking permit to be used at the beach from end of May through mid-September***

The property includes two porches (one screened in), master suite, upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and laundry room. There's plenty of closet space so bring your outdoor equipment (bike racks located within walking steps from the unit), beach attire, evening wear AND everything in between along with you to enjoy your favorite pastime! Additional amenities include an attached one car garage along with plenty of outdoor parking as well as a community pool open daily Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend**.

Tastefully decorated master suite (with adjoining porch) includes a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, standup shower and dual vanity. Second bedroom includes 2 twin-sized beds with trundles to sleep 4 and shared nightstand. Third bedroom includes a full-sized bed with nightstand and dresser.

Kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances with full amenities including: pots/pans, utensils, toaster oven, coffeemaker (with grinder), blender and more! Kitchen also features a dishwasher, plenty of cabinet space and a pantry to store your groceries.

The dining and living room area offer an open space concept with the dining room table seating up to 8 and living room offering a sofa, settee and large Smart TV with access to both porches.

As if this wasn’t enough, the home offers a work-from-home friendly environment with a desk, large monitor (with USB cable connection), mousepad for convenience, and speedy internet connection.

Area is very diverse and will have something to offer every member of the family. Its plethora of dining options will surely make every palate happy. Tanger Outlets and other tax-free shopping is less than a mile away. A number of supermarkets are just outside of the community while Cape Henlopen State Park, the Cape May/Lewes Ferry and Downtown Lewes are all within 4 miles of the community.

Please note reservations require a minimum of 2 nights' stay September (after Labor Day) - May and 5 nights June - August with check-in on Saturdays during the Summer months.

What a great property. It was very clean and the most comfortable beds. We loved that the main bedroom is at one end of the condo and the other 2 bedrooms at the other end. It was nice having a screened in porch and plenty of parking.

We had no problems finding or entering the condo. Parking was easy and close by. Everything was super neat and clean. My children really enjoyed the pool and their own separate rooms. My husband and I loved that we had our own room and private area across the living room. Ino provided all the necessary housewares to cook any meals, a gate to keep our two year old safe, and even outlet plugs! We had only been there one day when our kids asked to come back next year! I especially loved the screened in porch and patio set. I sat outside every morning and had my coffee and read. The kids even enjoyed it when it rained they saw a turtle walking through. The condo is close to Walmart and grocery stores. The nice part is that it is set back so you barely notice the crazy traffic. Town and the beaches were about 2 miles or 5 minute drive away. Ino even had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon which came in super handy for our beach day. Overall, it was bittersweet to leave!! The condo was lovely and the community quiet. I would highly recommend, especially for those with families!!!

Another Great Stay in Rehoboth!
This was the second time we stayed at Inocencia’s Condo. Just as last time, the property was properly cleaned and prepared for our stay and we were delighted to enjoy it again. We met some great locals at the pool whom gave us great dinner recommendations and insight on fun things to do in Rehoboth. It’s a great, safe neighborhood close to the beach. You’ll be happy you chose this property!

Great home for a beach vacation
We had a wonderful week in Rehoboth! The home was very clean! We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the screened in porch with very comfortable chairs. Beds were very comfortable, too. Kitchen was well-equipped so we could make simple meals. We loved refreshing swims at the nearby pool!

Great location
My husband and I had a very nice stay at your condo. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. Having the beach pass was awesome! We used it for Deauville Beach and really enjoyed the beautiful quiet beach there. The place is very close to everything; Outlet shopping, great restaurants and bakeries, and not far from Rehoboth Avenue and boardwalk. When our grandkids are older we will definitely be taking them there for sure. Inocencia was very responsive with any questions we had and her restaurant suggestions we very helpful. Hopefully we will be back next year.

A Quiet Place to Stay Within Driving Distance of the Beach
My family and I loved staying at this Condo. It provided plenty of space to retreat from all our beach activity. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. We had a place to store our car which we used to get to the beach and surrounding area with. The property manager was friendly and responsive. The property was clean and there were ample amenities that made our stay pleasant and our retreat more relaxed.

Beautiful Home- close to Rehoboth Beach and Lewis Beach
The home was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Also sparkling clean. The kitchen was lovely- like new , and fully stocked with everything you need . The kitchen had a large coffee maker, toaster and stainless steel appliances.And the laundry room was complete with a newer washing machine and dryer. All the bedrooms were a great size with lovely decor. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and paper products also. The owner was exceptionally kind- even checking on us when there was a storm during our stay to make sure we were Okay! She was also available to quickly answer any questions we had via text and email- so very kind and thoughtful! WiFi worked great but unfortunately there was no Cable TV service. Would recommend cable so you can see local news in case of storms etc. Overall we had a lovely time in a beautiful home !

Great beach condo
