The room smelled very misty, it was extremely hot in the room called to front desk twice on first night told it was broken someone would be in next day to fix. Next day worse called in after 2nd night asked what is going on requested that they move my room.

This was my first time at The Nugget in Sparks, NV. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The parking was reasonably close, check in was quick and staff were helpful and responsive. The swimming pool and hot tub were huge and exceeded my expectations. It is on the 5th floor and overlooks the snow capped mountains. Ate dinner and breakfast at Rose’s in the casino. Chicken Parmesan was succulent and top notch with the $6 breakfast was filling and delicious. I am happy with my choice and will return!

as aIways i enjoyed my stay at the nugget. it is my go to hotel in sparks reno area. this time there was a bit of a problem. housekeeping has troubIe telling time. this time they came 2 Days early to find if i was checking out not once but twice. on check out day they were again early. it is getting annoying. they just ignore the do not disturb sign
