Downtown Revelstoke is a lovely area to walk around. The hotel provided a great breakfast buffet that included plenty of fresh fruit as well as hot food including eggs and sausage. We would definitely come back here again.

Loved the property! Room was large and spacious. Front desk staff were amazing to deal with! Great restaurants on the premises. Room was meticulously cleaned each day. The hotel is in the centre of town which was convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The reservation confirmation was for City view - only to be told on arrival that it was first come first served and we should have specified the request for City view in the ‘instructions’. Disappointing but hotel offered us discount on dinner which was very nice so all worked out in the end.

Das hotel ist älter aber sehr sauber. Der empfang hat unser sohn beim buchen für das abendessen vergessen mitzubuchen was im restaurant kurz für verwirrung gesorgt hat. Das essen ist sehr fein und das restaurant personal ist hervorragend. Leider hat unser zimmer sehr schkecht gerochen (seife ist ausgelaufen) die personen an der front deskt waren leider keine grosse hilfe und eine ehrliche entschuldigung oder eine lösungsfindung war in weiter ferne. Auf die kaution warte ich heute noch was sehr ärgerlich ist. Können das hotel sehr empfehlen und hoffe für dich das du nicht auf das ungeschulte personal an der frontdeskt angewiesen bist.
