Its a shame that the standards for cleanliness is so low. I had to wipe down every suface in the bathroom and all the table surfaces. The frobt door was in a terrible state. The air-conditioning unit was absolutely filthy. The windows had not been cleaned in or out in weeks. Curtains were in need of fixing as not on their hooks. I could go on. A complete lack of attention to details, for a hotel chain. Extremely disappointing. Could be a nice place , but needs a complete update. As some one who has worked in the service industry for 25 years plus, i was completely taken aback by the poor conditions and lack of care.

We were on a 9 day summer road trip to BC stayed at hotel every night. This was the worse hotel we’ve stayed at. Carpet in the hallway was disgusting, it’s filthy. Our room was dingy, bathroom door was covered in finger prints. Hair in the shower. Door wasn’t working properly. You had to push so hard for it to close. Thought we tried the hot tub after the long drive, bad idea. Water was cloudy it was nasty.

It was ok, previous guest or someone sprayed or maybe spilt perfume in our room so it smelled strongly of perfume, room also didn't seem cleaned well. Pool was nice and otherwise it was a decent stay.
