When we arrived for check in, the system was down. The person at the front desk “didn’t want to talk about it” so he wrote a sticky note while we stood there and then put it on the counter. The boiler was also broken so there was no indoor pool. I gave 2 stars because at least we were given a refund.

We really enjoy this property we are in town 4 or 5 times a year and we always stay here. The breakfast is always good and the staff are friendly. Thier is also an Applebee's in the parking lot. Great place for dinner.

The bed was too hard. I didn’t sleep all night. (Seriously). Hard mattress made my hips hurt when lying on my sides and back very uncomfortable. My husband had no trouble sleeping as hard mattresses do not bother him. The staff was super friendly, breakfast was great except the country gravy was sticky and tasteless. The rest was good and filled often by staff.

Excellent place to stay, people at the front desk was so nice, the room was clean and big, the only little detail i didn't like at all, was the shower, no matter how careful we were the water will always get out, the shower curtain was to high, but other than that it was good, too bad the jacuzzi was busted the whole week we were there

Our stay was great. The hotel itself is very nice, and had room for large groups. I was a bit disappointed the pool boiler was down. And the grandkids were not able to swim the 3 nights we were there. The water was freezing! It was one of the main reasons we booked that hotel. We understand things happen sometimes, being informed of this would of been nice. Overall, very nice stay. Will go again.
