Water ran out of our shower every time we used it (and yes the door was shut tight). The lights in the room were terrible. One night we were in bed asleep and fire alarm went off and we sat in our car for 2 hours, nobody let us know when we go back in hotel. We got back to our room ( they told us it was safe to go back) and as soon as white in bed the fire alarm went off again! We had go in car for another hour! We are 75and 70 years old and going up and down 3 flights of stairs in the middle of night was horrible! We were not compensated at all! When we booked our room in October the price of room was cheaper than when we checked out! I will never stay there again! We come to that area every year at the same time for Our Granddaughters Field Hockey Tournament, but we will never stay there again!

The hotel location is convenient and easy, hotel feels old and is currently under renovations. Rooms are pretty small. On the last night of our stay the fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night, resulting in two evacuations and they ended up turning the elevators off because of this. I understand the fire alarms going off twice is not necessarily the hotels fault, the fact that they had to turn the elevators off because of it is hard to reconcile. We had to carry our luggage down 6 floors at 5 am.

This property is currently undergoing renovations, which I was unaware of until arrival. The gentleman at check in told me they stopped construction at 5 pm and did not work on Saturdays. Sadly, I was awoken to drilling and banging in the room below me from the construction. I understand these things have to be done, but it ruined the stay simply because I was not advised and was advised incorrectly when I was.

I had no idea the extent of the construction that was going on. I don't know how you can operate and be open and charge people anything due to the noise level and what was going on. At 9:00 a.m. we had people basically jackhammering above our heads and doing demo work. We did it for convenience but you get what you pay for hopefully all of this will be done soon.

I expected a bit more quality with the hotel. When I went to shower in the morning, the temperature of the water was lukewarm, and never heated up. They did have a sign that said they were doing renovations, but for the cost I would not revisit.

Hotel is in nice, safe area. It is under construction till December (sign in elevator). We could hear construction happening during the night time, all three nights we stayed. Somewhat muffled, but NOT what you expect to listen to, in a room you paid to have a comfortable stay in. I wasn't sure I was going to convince my wife to stay when we stepped off the elevator on 3rd floor. AC must not be working in corridors. They feel dirty and the lighting is dark and looks like fabric draped over light shades. They smell of construction. The trash was overflowing the receptacle. The rooms are smaller/tighter than most, and not crisp clean. Unfortunately for them, the corridor experience probably made us more critical. I would not recommend.

I shared with the hotel staff that by the toilet and shower in my room water was coming through the floor boards. It had a foul odor. I was offered another room but not the same as what I was in. I asked for another way to accommodate me and was given towels!! This was horrible service it seemed as if no one cared about the water damage and smell!
