Good stay
The hotel was clean and did not smell moldy. The shower/bath tub was clean enough for my 4 year old to take a bath in. The sheets and towels were clean. Everything in the room was in working condition. The beds were comfortable. The elevator and hallways were clean and free of trash, spills, smells, etc. The breakfast was very good. There were some hot items, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, an assortment of breads and muffins, juice and coffee. We did not use the pool but it is indoors, the hot tub looked very clean.

Hotel was very dated. Rooms were not what I expected. Furniture was dirty and ripped and the whole hotel smelled like weed. The area around the hotel had plenty of food and shopping options but we did not feel safe in the area of this hotel.

Great stay! Welcoming staff, spotless rooms, pool and hot tub were refreshing. Only dissatisfaction was the sofa bed, not comfortable at all so the 3 of us slept on the king bed. Everything else was wonderful!

To my surprise I can not believe Country Inn and Suites would attach their name to such a run down hotel. I’m completely in disbelief. There’s a Days Inn next to the hotel perhaps they should sell to them. This hotel was not what I expected from a Country Inn and Suites.

Property was absolutely disgusting. Guy at the front desk told me he would be right with me prior to checking in and sat on his phone for 10 minutes watching TikTok, piss all over the toilet (fresh). Blood droplets on desk, toilet paper used a caulking around shower head in bathroom, holes in the wall from previous tore down curtains. Dirt marks on the walls. Tv was on when entering the room, tv had 40 channels and only 20 or so workers couldn’t even turn the tv off I had to unplug it. My daughter and I ended up leaving the next morning and not even staying the rest of our trip. Honestly should be getting reimbursed for the night I didn’t stay this was absolutely unacceptable.

Property easy access to freeway and major highways. Area had lots of fast food restaurants options and shopping. Hotel towels were small and tv should have been of better quality for a facility that charged a premium fee. Hotel while clean and comfortable, could use some minor renovations. Overall a good place to stay.

I think this is a very lonely hotel! Everything was pretty much perfect. Couple things I'd have to say are the one time I had breakfast. It was cold. There were no attendant that I saw who stays in the area and keeps the food warm or even covered. Another thing that made my eye twitch is that there is an incident and the manager is on vacation which all people deserve. There needs to be a system set up so someone on property can take things over if need be or bring in a temp manager. I was triple charged and they held all payments until the morning I checked out not reversing them for the week I stayed. That's very frustrating and I am very patient but a week is not ok. Again besides that I think this hotel and staff and great.
