I liked it..LOOKS BEAUTIFUL!!. BUT.... BEDS ARE TO HIGH!!! ALMOST FELL OFF BED AT NIGHT WHEN I WOULD GET UP DURING THE NIGHT. THEN THE STRUGGLE TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET BACK ON, I know it seems funny but.NOT FOR SHORTIES AND OLDIES. I ALWAYS SIT ON BED AND PUT ON SHOES, GET DRESSED AFTER SHOWER. HAD TO CLIMB ON BED OR USE OFFICE CHAIR THAT ROLLED BACK AS I WENT TO SIT DOWN, NOT SAFE. IT'D BE NICE TO HAVE LOW BEDS ON FIRST FLOOR. PLEADE TAKE OFF BOTTOM BOX SPRING.. WOULD BE FINE... EVEN IF TEMPORARY.. PUT THEM ASIDE IN BUILDING SOMEWHERE.. FOR 5'7 AND BELOW. A 20- INCH MAX BED HEIGHT IS GOOD. OH! ONE MORE THING, THE SLIDLING BARN DOOR BATHROOM ENTRANCE.., THERE'S NO PRIVACY....PUT BACK THE OLD REGULAR DOOR. AND PLEASE ADD SHOWER HEADS WITH A HOSE, ESPECIALLY FOR WOMENS UNDER CARRIAGE...... Other then that it was GOOD. I Would stay there again. PLEASE ALSO, maybe put a folding chair in closet AND A STEP STOOL, NO HIGHER THEN 7 inchs. But LONG and WIDE to be safe and secure to Step up to get into bed. Not a fan of HIGH BEDS. Sincerely, Josie Muela

Esmeralda and Joslyn are absolutely two of the most unprofessional individuals I have met in a very long time. Esmeralda not only asked me to leaving progenitor me from extending my stay but she also canceled my paid for future reservation. This is because she was offended when I expressed to her that her customer service skills needed improvement especially since she was in a higher up managerial posistion. I also explained to her that just because the Hampton is located near a low income area does not mean that everyone is in educated and unprofessional. I also asked her if she had has a bad morning that would cause her to speak and behave in such a rude and disrespectful manner as she was treating the situation as personal rather than professional. I felt as if I was being discriminated against. I followed up with a phone call to customer service with a complaint sadly though no one has responded and I find that to be just as unprofessional and unconcerned about their patrons. I am a Bon Voy member but maybe that doesn't matter if I'm not spending thousands of dollars. I was however I an a regular at this hotel whenever needed. I Will be looking into this matter further because the Mistreatment was totally unacceptable,!!!!!

Just came in for a family funeral. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay - nothing to write home abut, but all the usual stuff. The person staffing the kitchen was great and very helpful. I don't drink coffee, so I can't tell you about that, but the selection of tea wasn't much. Luckily, I bring my own. When I have stayed at Hiltons in the past, I have always been offered water and received one per person - they would only give me one bottle, but there were two of us. Overall, a good stay. If I came back, I would stay here again.

We had a cockroach in our room. There were lots of homeless people outside and drug deals going down in the parking lot. You can tell this is a place that accepts homeless vouchers and this should be disclosed so paying guests can decide if they want to stay there still.
