The "suite" we requested did not have the air conditioning running and was over 90° upon arrival. The curtains were severely stained. The lid to the toilet was cracked. One of the outlets was duct taped. After 20 minutes the room had not come down in temperature and I ultimately had to request other room accommodations. The standard room I was moved to did not have any of the aforementioned issues and was satisfactory for the one evening stay.

Poor first impression
The room smelled moldy when we arrived. The towels were sour and had threads coming out. So we went to buy our own towels from the local store. The cleaning staff never came on and cleaned our room. The refrigerator over flowed with water maybe they turned it off to unthaw the ice. We always wipe down everything when we arrive at a facility. I'm glad we did. The microwave had residue inside and the TV remote was sticky. The front desk staff was very nice. The AC/heater was so loud we had to turn the TV volume way up. I'm surprised we didn't get a noise complaint. We will never stay with this Hotel brand again. This was our first time staying with this Hotel group. We would have thought because of the area, the quality would have been better. I should have listened to my peers.

Rusted Bathtub in 219
Gross! Rusted bathtub in room 219. Front desk said they rent out “as-is”. I checked in late at night and parked where instructed. The side door to the hotel was propped open for anyone to walk in. The room appeared ok at first glance until I went to use the shower in the morning and saw the rusted tub. The front desk didn’t have any similar rooms. They had me email the general manager. He approved me moving to a room someone was checking in to that day and would give the other person the rusted bathtub room. Gross.

IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER
My husband uses a walker so we reserved a handicap room, and the room itself was adequate even though the TV didn't work. The only thing special was the bathroom door, but it was too large for the space between the sink and was very difficult to maneuver around. We travel a lot, but we have never seen a toilet that was so low to the ground. It would have been fine for a child. Very difficult to get up even for someone with no handicap.

The floor was dirty our feet turned black, the bathroom had a soiled sanitary pad and dirty floss! Breakfast was terrible, luke warm water for tea, no bread. On complaining to the front desk attendant, she plainly said ‘i understand’ and that’s about it! Don’t recommend this property at all!
