All the lake amenities that you could ask for are included with an oversize dock, with an additional floating dock. swimming areas with rafts and life jackets. There is a hot tub located on the lower level deck with beautiful views of the lake, relaxing Adirondack chairs, and more.
Conveniently located near the Bridgewater Plaza, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and more. There are many nearby attractions including restaurants, wineries, state park hiking trails, local shopping, boat/kayak/jet ski rentals, etc, all within a few miles of the home.
The open floor plan on the main level includes a well-equipped kitchen featuring a new toaster, utensils, dining, and living area, fireplace, and TV. Numerous windows and sliding glass doors allowing the sunny days of lake life into the home.

Great house on the lake!

Great house on the lake with plenty of room for my family. The dock was super nice and we spent most of our time there. Used the paddle boards and kayak. We also enjoyed the community pool!

Terrific House/Dock on Smith Mountain Lake

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in this house. Ten of us from age 10 to 75, three generations. Location is great. Kids loved the dock with a swimming pad, paddle boards, kayak, floats, etc. I was in contact with the host (Zack) several times. He was very responsive and handled these minor items immediately. Thank you Zack.

A lakeside retreat

Family Reunion

Zac's house was a perfect base for our family reunion. We would stay there again. Just be aware that you will only have "starter packs" of things like paper goods and dish cleanser. It was fine as we made several trips to Food Lion nearby anyway.

Nothing negative to say about this house. House in a great location. Not a long walk to the boating/fishing dock. Lots of water recreational items at the dock for the grandchildren. First time in this house and we already reserved the house for the Dane week next year. Another plus is that owner usually responded relatively quickly.

Great family Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend with the family. While my spouse and I were the only ones who stayed, the family came in for meals every day. We loved the hot tub and the pool table. Kitchen was fully stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. All in all a great experience!

Fantastic home

We have an annual mountain trip for my birthday with our little family and friends. This house was nothing short of amazing. Even in the fall we were kayaking and paddle boarding . There was plenty of room and privacy for 2 adult couples and kid friendly as well. We had our 7 year old and 10 month old with us. The owners were super responsive and the house was very clean. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Wonderful fall weekend retreat

This was the perfect house for a little weekend getaway with friends. The house was a great setup for our family and our friend’s family of four. Our kids throughly enjoyed feeding the fish off the back deck and going on the kayak.
