Our room was very clean and it was quiet. You could not hear others if they were in the hallway or doors being open and closed.... The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will stay again if in the area!

For an older casino/hotel it was very nice. It was worth the money and the breakfast specials were a very good meal.

We had a great time. Older motel but kept up well. Staff was great. Friendly, helpful. We had a special treat indining room. T bone steak 16 oz. For $12.95. WOW. But only for the month of August. I had 4 nights of great T bone steak. Where else can u get that for $12.95 with salad and veggy. Service was also top notch.

We found the room to be very dark and dingy. The carpet was filthy. The restaurant was horrible!! The service was ok but the food was so bad. The parking was very bad. Very few spaces for hotel, casino and restaurant. We would not stay again.

Loved Deadwood❤️ Room was small but clean and walking distance to all the shops/ casino in Deadwood and a bike ride into Sturgis. Only hassle was trailer parking had to go on a hillside behind the establishment. Overall good experience!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. It was really nice having a fridge and microwave for easy storing and reheating. Resort is close to historic downtown Deadwood; lots to do within walking distance. The staff, especially Adrian and Shannon, were friendly, professional, and accommodating. We will definitely stay there next year.

The location was convenient to downtown Deadwood. The staff was friendly, Adrienne who worked the bar was particularly friendly. She spent time getting to know me and my name. She made me feel welcome.

It’s in an old historical town. There are not too many brand new buildings so I didn’t expect too much but it just seemed like exactly what we needed after a few days of camping out in Sturgis although the casino took all my money I guess that’s my own fault. Lol

Disappointing trip

This is the third time we have stayed here during the rally, and it was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was a note on the reception desk that they would be back in 5 minutes. We waited for around 7 minutes, but no one showed up. In the meantime, the other staff members in the area just looked at us standing there and ignored us. We finally had to find someone to get a front desk person to check us in. On Sat morning we went down to breakfast. We were told it was a 15 min wait. 40 minutes later we were seated. It then took 45 minutes to get our food. Completely unacceptable. Multiple tables were complaining and everyone got the same answer. It is bike week you just have to accept there will be service problems. Really? It has been going on for 85 years and in that time you cannot figure out how to run your business? We will look for a new hotel for 2026

The food is very good and prices are great and the servers are so friendly. This is a smaller casino and hotel but that’s just the way we like it. Staff and servers were all very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
