Clean sheets , please!
Upon arrival, my wife noticed that our sheets were stained and/or soiled. It appeared as though they had not been changed. She called the front desk for clean bedding in which we changed ourselves. We should not had to do this for the rate we paid.

The pre-registeration i did on line was a waste of time. The check in person said they don't do that. So my room key wasn't waiting for me, still had to fill out and sign forms. Do you people actually talk?

They have direct tv. it worked randomly. We called and they said it was the box and the direct tv guy would be out on monday. we were there for the weekend. Didnt realize it was a pet friendly hotel and the dogs barked all night
