The hotel is well maintained and clean. They offer a 24 hr coffee and tea bar in the lobby which is nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Breakfast had sufficient choices not the best i have had but good enough. Location is good as far as eating establishments and stores.

Newly remodelled rooms. Great rate which included breakfast. Convent location. We stayed in Hinton as opposed to Jasper as the more reasonable lodging rates. Seen the most wildlife between the two locations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Velora, we could tell it was recently renovated and the property was clean and fresh looking. It had everything we need and is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area.

Cute little hotel,nice beds,room had a Nespresso coffee maker which was different. Downsides,tiny bathroom with a shower that only provides warm water. So small the door hits the toilet 😂 Breakfast is included,but when we got there not much was left (7:30AM) Walls are paper thin so bring your ear plugs.
