Friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. The only downside of our stay, the bar fridge was turned off at the wall socket.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius when should be more like 2 or 3 celcius, when the room is booked for 4 people there should be 4 tea/coffee cups provided (not just 2), the beds should be set with 4 pillows per bed as standard (not just 2), and the extractor fan in the ceiling needs cleaning (as very bad buildup present).  

The location and staff were SESNATIONAL!

Great location. The staff were very friendly and the room was exactly what we wanted.

Family friendly. Good location. No eating or drinking facilities open on sunday which was disappointing.
