We are extremely disappointed with Graton. We were subjected to VERY loud music starting at 9:30 am. When I called the front desk they advised they are warming up for a pool party and there is nothing they can do about it. We will never visit Graton again if this is how they treat their guests.

Great resort to go gambling with friends. Great side games for playing black jack too. One weird thing is that in the hotel room the outlet power kept turning off in the middle of the night. Not good if you need to use a CPAP. I spoke to a manager and he conceeded that it’s because of the city’s green initiative. The power outlets turn off after 30 minutes if the ceiling mounted motion detectors do. It detect any movement. Not ideal.

We came for a concert, which was great. It was nice to stay where the venue was and to be a 3 minute walk away. We also enjoyed running into other people who attended before and after the show and had a good time sharing the experience with them.

Spent two nights at the Graton Resort! The property lacks a ‘concierge’ …no one could assist me in gettting a ride to the airport! The service at the pool was horrible! After waiting for over 30 minis for a drink, I walked up the bar and they said they would send someone over to me…..btw, that NEVER happened! Again, I went up to the bar and ordered drinks but, they were NEVER delivered to me! So …AGAIN I walked up the bar….got a drink and return to my seat! Amazing!!!
