Great location, quick walk to the ferry and waterfront activities

Everyone was so helpful and nice.

On my first evening, I noticed an issue with the toilet - it constantly made a dripping sound that was quite maddening when trying to sleep. I told the front desk, in hopes that they could send maintenance to fix it, but as it was the start of the weekend, I was told that might be a while, so instead they just offered me a new room. I was impressed by their commitment to do right by me — it would have been much easier for them to just call maintenance and leave it for Monday.

Great hotel great service

Convenient for travel with the park and ride. Friendly staff and driver's. Good food at the restaurant. Lovely comfortable rooms. I would like to see the bathroom renovated to a shower unit instead of a shower over the bath

Everything was great! Staff very pleasant and helpful alongside cleanliness & well designed facilities. Also lovely being so close to the Botanical Gardens and within walking distance to the city. Thank you!
