Description of the place is so inaccurate. The pictures or nothing like what they showed on the street view. They stated they had a laundry, which now they have taken down. There is no breakfast and they keep the door to that room locked. There was a tiny fridge in the hall that we were not told about and were nervous about using. we never saw the man who let us in again. Would not ever stay here again.

The sink was blocked all the stuff was coming out, the pillow was dirty, and the head was broken. We couldn't contact the guy who was supposed to us let in the property, the phone was off, and we had to wait outside. He wasn't friendly.

Average and hard to find.
There’s no one at the property routinely. No marking of any kind on the door or the intercom. If not for a kind delivery guy, we’d have had to find somewhere else to stay. Bed quality was poor but that seems Robbie the norm.

Definitely no more than 2 stars at best. Room was huge but bathroom so narrow that knees touched the wall when using the toilet. Shower was beyond tiny and shower head had to be hand held as the bar for it was broken. Check in person was rude. Tried to tell us we might have to switch rooms as someone “important” was wanting to stay. The room was decently clean but we would not stay again

The internet didn’t work in the rooms and the staff couldn’t solve this problem for us, the staff was amazing but the room didn’t have many amenities like shampoo for example and the breakfast wasn’t to good.

The street the hotel is located on is a bit sketchy. It seems they have converted a personal apartment into a hotel. The remodel is very nice. Up three flights of stairs and then you arrive. Only 3 rooms for rent.

The room was nice and ample, and quiet; for breakfast they had a generous selection. Rushel was very nice . One observation, the bathroom worked well but was quite tight.

We arrived at the place at 11:30pm with 4•c. And waited out side for 35-45 min to somebody open the door. Next day at 8:45am the owner of the place knocked the door to tell us that we need to leave in 10-20 min because the check out is at 9am. With out say good morning or offer any bkf. The name of the place is “B&B”. Anyway It is not recommended!!!!

If you arrive late night, it's better if you take a taxi or Uber to the property. It is close from the Roma Termini, but the area at night time is kinda scary for us. (we travel with our daughter). You have to call a phone number that they provide outside the door by the bell(if you arrive late night). The owner, Pepe is great. He served us breakfast every morning. Good breakfast to start the day with. The room is spacious and nice shower. We enjoyed staying there.

It was great! Modern, clean and felt safe. We we're happy.
We really enjoyed our one night stay at Patti's b&b. It was comfortable (although very thin pillows, could have used extra pillows), very modern and clean and had everything we needed. The location is great too. We really enjoyed the breakfast as well. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We only needed one night in Rome before out flight out of the country. So we booked this room from Florence the night before our stay. We made it to La Casa di Patty around 17:00. It was in a rather sketchy neighborhood,and there was a little note on the outside door instructing us to call. I guess she assumed all tourists get phone service when they come to Italy? Thankfully a stranger was coming out of the building and we slipped in and went up to the right floor. Nobody was there to let us in and we couldn't connect to wifi. After a while I realized I had my work phone with international roaming capability. That's the only thing that allowed us to contact the owner. She sent some worker to come let us in. The lady was nice but didn't seem to really know all the details about the place and gave up on helping us get airport transportation for the following morning. Later that night I found the owner had emailed me in the morning to say that normal check-in is from 9-13:00. That info was not on the Expedia page! If we had known that ahead of time, we wouldn't have stayed here. We didn't see any other guests or staff during our one-night stay.
