Overall, the property was not as advertised. The shower encasement in our room was riddled with BLACK MOLD!! It stated there was laundry on site - which there was not. It stated there was air conditioning - which we did not have and the hotel had to put oscillating fans in our room as the temperatures were over 90 F degrees. It stated there was a restaurant- which the front desk mentioned they closed during Covid - which was 4 years ago!! And there wasn’t breakfast as there wasn’t a restaurant open on-site. Oh and when we arrived the elevator was not working so we had to bring 5 large suitcases and carry-ons up the flights of stairs. The only saving grace to this property was the front desk staff. They were incredibly helpful.

Very very clean. Staff were nice, not always available. Location was excellent. The room was basic, quiet, no luxury…extremely clean…but you are paying for the location. Not inexpensive for what you get, In comparison to alternatives for the dates we went, the prices were fair. (But not an “great deal” And the location was really really walkable to most of Rome highlights, and if not walkable, then public transit. Great coffee/breakfast spot across the street. Magnificent coffee.

Nice little hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. They scheduled airport and cruise terminal transfers for us. They gave us advice on what sights we could see within walking distance. My personal experience of the area is, the street signs are difficult to find. Not the same as where i live. It makes it very confusing to follow the maps. The area was beautiful though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and a great size for our family of 3. The Metro was just a block away, so super convenient for travel around the city. Hotel was walkable to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We ate at both restaurants acorss the street, and they were were both wonderful.

Clean place to stay and I was happy we stayed there for our longer stretch in Rome. Other than the city taxes which had to be paid in cash we loved it there. Everything was a close walk no matter where you wanted to go. Parking garage close by but hard to get back to with all of your luggage as it is uphill.

Comfortable, good location
This was a great location walking distance to many attractions. Our room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely a great place to rest after a day of touring. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great location
Hotel is in a great location and the staff were wonderful to deal with. Plenty of restraints nearby and a nice walk to most sites in Rome. Not too heavily touristy like the area near the colleseum.

Good stay.
This is a very comfortable hotel within walking distance of all the major attractions. It was clean, comfortable and very quiet. Staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating.
