This was first time that our room was changed without our knowledge, we had to prepay for a king room; and when we checked in were told, king roooms were needed and we were downgraded to double queen, when I asked about change in cost--hotel said rate was same.--was not happy

Was in the area for a concert. Hotel offers shuttles to and from casino until 2 am. Shuttle were quick for both directions. Nice option not to have drive after enjoying the night.

We reserved a room with a king size bed...upon arrival was told there weren't any kings and they put us in a double queen- but they would kindly place us on the 3rd floor facing parking lot; which was the quietest room...We listened to the train horn every 15 minute all night. The hotel advertised a 10 minute walk to the areas largest attraction (turning stone resort)- this was the deciding factor on going with this hotel...it's likely true it is a 10 minute walk- but physically impossible to safely walk to the resort. There is a 4 lane highway, no crosswalks, no shoulders and no sidewalks.

Our overall experience was excellent. Only 2 comments. The bathroom could use more hooks to hang up wet towels. And we did not have any tissues in the bathroom.

Very nice hotel for the money. Breakfast was very good with a few options. Room was comfortable and bathroom was very neat and clean. Shower shampoo and soap very nice with liquid dispensers versus tiny sudless soap bars. Would definitely stay here again. Compliments to the staff.

Friendly, helpful staff.
Very nice people working the front desk. They suggested places to go to for dinner and entertainment. And even asked us how the concert was that we went to. Breakfast was hot and fresh and kept up by refilling often. Pool was smallish, but served its purpose of cooling us off. The outdoor seating outside of the pool room was very nice too.

Stopped on our way back from Canada and was able to get a handicap accessible walk in shower. Great for my guests over 75. The room was spacious and bed’s comfy. Pool was quiet and clean and the breakfast varied. It was a great stop to recharge before our last big drive.
