Reasonable hotel, convenient location.
Finding the hotel was confusing. The street is one block long and there is no sign for the hotel.
There are several "hotels" in the same building, and the office for Montecitorio was reached by an elevator in the back. The elevator floors and the hotel floors don't match up, so we had to search for the office. Room was accessed from a different elevator, which was either a half-flight up or down from the elevator.
Room was small, but clean and adequate. Bathroom was small. Toilet leaked on floor.

Pros: Convenient location. The place is clean. Friendly staff.
Cons: Very small, outdated furniture. The wall unit A/C is so outdated and it does not cool the hot temperatures much. We complained to the front desk multiple times but were told: " the temperature outside was hot but the A/C was working properly". Believe me, we know what is called a properly functional A/C. We were miserably hot and sweaty inside the room.
The hotel is at 5 min from Trevi Fountain .it is a small hotel perfect for couples. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and spacious. I will definitely stay with them again .
Good for a cheap short stay in Rome if you’re only using it for sleeping. Room was very tiny and backed onto a very noisy street. Shower also not good for any large person. Luckily both of us are small, but even we struggled. Strange set up involving lifts and stairs and then more stairs as well. Never stayed in anything like it before all locked up by 8pm. Was very clean though and staff very friendly and accommodating.
The location was excellent, within walking distance of many sights. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. However the room was small and the beds were very hard.
Naples is among the most exciting cities in the world today - challenging and full of mysteries. Proud people, extraordinary art and exceptional street life. Belli Arte is a perfect base of operation within the most active quarter but rooms face on a quiet courtyard. Several rooms have amazing frescoed ceilings.
Great location, friendly staff, but rooms are not very sound-proof.

Not worth the price.
The room was nice and spacious, but to access the residenza was quite difficult. The very small elevator did not go to 3 where our room was so we had to drag our luggages on stairs.

Very well located but front desk only from 8am to 8pm. for the rest you are on your own.
Super small elevator and you have tp carry your suitcases up and down the stairs after arriving to the required floor nobody to help.
The location as I said before is fabulous minutes walk from all important sites and next to Via El Corso.
Everything we wanted for this trip!!! And for the price we couldn’t believe it. A comfy place to get some rest and right in the centre of everything. Could walk to every landmark from this location and even pop back to give our feet a rest before the next explore. Tricky to find if we hadn’t read the previous reviews. Big green door next to the timberland store (google maps worked perfectly) walk through the door and take a right, then walk to see a lift on the left (can only fit 3 people and a suitcase- super cute) then down some stairs on your left and the door to the enterance in on your left. The lady that greeted us was more than helpful, gave us a map with all the landmarks we should see and useful places we might need. The room was a good size, good shower, with all the essentials for a short stay. No mini bar but wouldn’t have used it anyway. The location! You can’t get better for that price. The building is old, but that’s part of the appeal, your in rome! It just adds to the culture and history of the place!
The hotel is in a central area, quiet neighbourhood and very stylish inside. The rooms are clean, the staff is pleasant and all the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator. There are also very lovely paintings on the wall and the interior is gorgeous overall.
All the attractions are in walking distance from this hotel.

Extremely Hard Beds
Very central location which was great. The beds were extremely hard and instead of a king it was 2 box spring equivalents pushed together with separate sheets and everything. My husband and I couldn’t even sleep.
I love this place. Walking distance to Trevi, pantheon Navona piazza Venezia. Colosseum is only 30min walk as well.
Busses and taxes 2 min away. This is the second time here and I love it!

4 night stay city break. Excellent location very near Trevi Fountain. Very good spacious room with friendly and helpful staff. Within walking distance of major sights.
Good location but the beds are small. I’m 5’8” and my feet were hanging off the end of the bed. The double bed was two twins squished together - unfortunately at slightly different heights which made it quite uncomfortable. No coffee/tea/kettle in rooms. Water issues - the showers/taps in my room went from scalding hot to ice cold every 10-15 seconds or so - making it nearly impossible to comfortably shower. There was a menu for the mini bar but it was empty. The most worrying of all was that although I didn’t see anything, I woke up every morning COVERED in bites. If you’re booking here to save €20/night do yourself a favour and spend the extra money on another hotel. The front desk only has a person at is for certain hours so if you’re out during the day and have a complaint at night there isn’t anyone to speak to. I don’t like to write negative reviews but I really don’t suggest you stay here.
