This hotel was wonderful. Very clean, the staff and service were exceptional. The amenities, the location and the area around the hotel was great. The only thing that kept us from rating 5 stars was that some things were a bit dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the elevator was a bit on the small side and dated. The hotel was also located on the 4th floor of a building, and walking 4 flights of stairs wasn't great. We would give this hotel a 4.5 rating and definitely consider returning if the cost is right.

I really wanted to love my stay here but unfortunately the hotel didn’t live up to what I was hoping. A large hole in the shower was taped over with duct tape. The shower head sprayed water everywhere but down. Replace it or clean it. Giant hair/dust ball in the corner of the room. The phone couldn’t call out. Not even local numbers for taxis or restaurants. Location was great. Staff was pleasant

Great location in Rome. Minutes from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and more. Many good restaurants all around this property and a wonderful breakfast served at this property.

Just Perfect!
The hotel was centrally located to all of the major sites. We were within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The service was wonderful. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Tasty breakfast with the best coffee. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Rome.
