This hotel was wonderful. Very clean, the staff and service were exceptional. The amenities, the location and the area around the hotel was great. The only thing that kept us from rating 5 stars was that some things were a bit dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the elevator was a bit on the small side and dated. The hotel was also located on the 4th floor of a building, and walking 4 flights of stairs wasn't great. We would give this hotel a 4.5 rating and definitely consider returning if the cost is right.

I really wanted to love my stay here but unfortunately the hotel didn’t live up to what I was hoping. A large hole in the shower was taped over with duct tape. The shower head sprayed water everywhere but down. Replace it or clean it. Giant hair/dust ball in the corner of the room. The phone couldn’t call out. Not even local numbers for taxis or restaurants. Location was great. Staff was pleasant

Great location in Rome. Minutes from Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and more. Many good restaurants all around this property and a wonderful breakfast served at this property.

Just Perfect!
The hotel was centrally located to all of the major sites. We were within easy walking distance to the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and the Pantheon. The service was wonderful. All of the staff was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Tasty breakfast with the best coffee. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Rome. The property is quite lovely, very unique. It is updated and clean. The rooftop area is also very nice. Do not use the first elevator. Go to the courtyard and then to the right to locate the second elevator to the hotel. There are steps, but the staff met us and carried our luggage. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location... You'll love it.
Our stay was wonderful!!! Just what we need it; a clean room and comfortable bed to rest after a very long flight/ train ride and long walking tours. We loved that it is very close to everything, restaurants, coffee shops, groceries store, Trevi fountain, Colosseum, lots of gelateria and many other places of interest. We wanted to stay longer, but they were already all booked up. Keep in mind the hotel is within a building, in order to get in you have to be buzzed in, the elevator is tiny, it can only fit two people and as soon as you walk out of the elevator there are some stairs up to the front desk. Not suitable for people on a wheelchair. The breakfast room its small but, there is a beautiful roof terrace where you can seat and eat. Breakfast options are very basic, but they are all good enough to start the day. Everybody is very friendly, warm and welcoming, they really make you feel comfortable, like if you are visiting friends, the person at the front desk is very helpful and informative. Our room was very quite and the area feels very safe. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I loved staying here, it was so convenient to walk to everything Rome has to offer. I also had a great experience where the team remembered it was my birthday during my stay (from seeing my passport at check in), at breakfast they presented me with a birthday cake and sang to me. It was so lovely and made my birthday even more special. Thank you so much!
