I needed to communicate with this property one day pre checkin but cannot reach the property by either email ( via hotels.com) or by phone ( phone regiatered with hotels.com was incorrect). Hotels com agents (5 of them) weren't able to rrach Rhome 19 either. This could be a scam. The reqching out experience was awful, and due to checkin uncertainty , i had to book somewhere else for my night. The only reason Rhome 19 gets my rating above 0 now, is that i wasn't there to see their rooms and weren't able to comment on "cleaness" and the likes, whivh i guess they will receive 5/10 for this part.
