I believe it was Becky who greeted us for the morning buffet on August 10, 2024. She was very kind and personable. She also very politely approached a couple who apparently helped themselves to the food without paying and informed them that they needed to purchase their meals.

I booked Hyatt hotel in Rosemont, IL via Expedia for 1 room with 2 double beds, but when we checked in, the receptionist told us there was no available for 2 beds, but instead provided us with 1 king size bed, with 1 extra ripped mattress standing in our doorway, no bedding. No information was provided on Expedia about the overnight parking fee. I don't know how they deal with 3rd party reservations, but they need to fix their system with this. Services in the that hotel need to be upgraded.

No complaints whatsoever! Clean room. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Fluffy white towels. Crisp white bedding. Polite and efficient staff. Convenient garage parking. We were here for the Buddy Guy concert at Rivers Casino and it was a super short walk to the event center. Would most definitely stay again next time I need to stay in the area.
