Get Comforted

Good service...awesome customer service should I say. They do what it takes to make you feel comfort. Nice pool and hot tub. Relaxing bathtub. Nice bed. What more can i say. Oh yeah the beakfast very good. Worth it.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Upon arrival, we found a used bar of soap left in the bathroom, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. Even worse, the couch appeared to have stains that looked like bodily fluids, which was completely unacceptable and disturbing. The TV also didn’t work, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. This experience made us uncomfortable, and it’s clear that housekeeping standards are not being met. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of their rooms.

Early check in for some, not for others.

Arrived at 2 pm, and was told by cassandra that there was no way we check in early, even though there was maybe only 4 cars in the parking lot. The next morning, at 8 am and while we were checking out, and the parking lot was full of cars, cassandra was helping another person check in and this time she allowed this person to check in early. Do not stay at this place with cassandra working there. Our room had no door on the shower. Our sons room, the pull out bed was filthy. The breakfast buffet was average at best. Don't stay here, there are better options.

This hotel was very spacious. They have been renovating and it’s not perfectly clean and some stuff is still a little dated (old tub had a little rust under the faucet) but it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had hot and cold options. I would definitely stay again

Trip was a family trip. Overall hotel is good but needs more detail in cleaning. Hotel room had an unpleasant odor, dust in light fixtures and pictures. Breakfast was the same options every day. Dust in the fixtures and decor again in the breakfast area. Cucumber water looked old never changed. The only reason we stayed was due to availability. Saturday night was better as we had a great employee working who played good music and made the place feel more comfortable and welcoming.

The property was not clean. The cleaning staff did not listen to me. We needed shampoo and conditioner from the very first night and reminded them everday and it still never got replaced. We even told the front desk and still nothing. We had trash left in our room and in the fridge. It was not a great place to stay. The pool area was not well ventilated and was not a safe place to be
