Everything was great. The person who checked us in was very professional and attentive. She even baked fresh chocolate chip cookies which were delicious. The fruit and bagels were very fresh and the eggs and sausauge were very good. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Hot tub could use more pressure. Room and shower were excellent. This will be my hotel from now on when in Roswell.

It wasn’t as clean as we would like. The tv didn’t work in our room but she moved us to another room. The breakfast wasn’t that great. For what we paid to stay here, it just wasn’t good enough. The staff were nice though! The pictures online look way better than the real thing.

Staff had a newborn baby at work and couldn’t tend to customers. The room was in serious disrepair. The terrible hot options for breakfast were cold, no hot water for tea. In fact the hot water I poured into a cup was a brownish color. It was terrible.

The staff, and the room being clean was great. Breakfast was good not the best but can’t be picky when it’s hotel. As for air conditioning I don’t know if it’s the area from the heat or whatever. But the AC is one issue this also happen at a different hotel same location on a different trip, anyways the AC rarely kept the rooms cool enough or the thermostat did not work. Which was frustrating but I wasn’t gonna let it ruin my day.
