Friendly staff, go beyond to try to help you in everything you need. Breakfast buffet is average, but they always have yogurts, cereals coffee, apples, not a fan of eggs and beans in the morning. Great cleaning staff!

The woman at the front desk put us in room 215. We get there are cards aren’t working and then someone peeked out the window and let us know the room was taken. Scared the poor woman. The fan on the ac was loud like someone playing with a plastic bag.

Went for a wrestling tournament for my son. Front desk was super nice. Room was clean. No problems at all. Only problem and it waant even a problem was another guest complaining rhat someone was walking to loud in the room above him and it was like 7pm. Then the the lady at front desl asked if he wanted her to call thw room above him and he said it was no big deal. But spent atleast 5 complaing . Other than that was perfect.

Always a great night's sleep
Travel through Roswell several times a year and always stay here. Great food within walking. Needs are very comfortable, water pressure in shower is great and the parking lot is well lit. Great place to rest

The hotel’s location is near a lot of things that you can walk to. I stay here 4 times a year. I always mention to bring back the cheese omelettes and potatoes, but they never do. They also took away the sausage gravy and biscuits and bacon and sausage. They also changed the settings on the pancake maker to 2 instead of 3, so now I have 4 pancakes. I bring my own sugar-free syrup, since they don’t have any. Most hotels have an elaborate breakfast, because they’re all competing for customers. I like the rooms and the staff are great, especially Martha and Monica.

The room was comfortable and clean, but bathroom needed attention and better repair over tub, and was also missing a tub stopper for bathing( had to retrieve only one available at front desk) and desk lamp was missing a light bulb, which I had to get from front desk. Maintenance at this property could be improved! Breakfast offering was OK, but not consistent.

Was not sure about staying due to the low price, but was pleasantly surprised. The room could not have been cleaner. The beds were very comfortable. Although it is close to the railroad, the night was very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

There is better places to stay.
I booked online and got to the hotel only to be charged a fee for my dog that was not disclosed when I booked at that point had no choice but to pay it because I couldn’t cancel my booking at that point. The rooms floor was disgusting I accidentally spilt some water and went to clean it up with a napkin and the napkin was black they obviously don’t clean the rooms properly. The only way I would stay here again is if I absolutely had no choice

The only thing that was concerning to me is that the beds were way too tall for my shih-tzu to get up and off of them safely. He jumped off once and hit his head on the desk. These beds should be lowered to keep pets in mind.

Trashy hotel with rooms that look like the local crack head maintains them. Staff is very rude and make it seem like an inconvenience that you are staying there. Garbage all the way around..
