There were several problems with the home. The master toilet would not flush, so maintenance came to repair it, but it still wouldn't work even after he left. The worst part was the transition wooden piece between the kitchen and living room had come up, and my wife stepped on an exposed nail with her bare foot. You would expect them to comp a night, give us a discount, or something, but they just apologized. For $400 per night (when they tack on cleaning fees), I expected more.

Great property. Wonderful people at check in/out. The garage had a terrible chemical odor. We had to park our car outside.
