In the heart of  Ruidoso lies the perfect vacation property for you, Timberline. This oversized house can sleep up to eight people and boasts three bedrooms and two baths with a view of the woods that will have you sighting deer daily! Enjoy the full kitchen, wood burning fireplace and private deck while planning what to do with your vacation! Do as little or as much as you want, it's your vacation! Be prepared to see a large heard of Elk that visit regularly.Timberline Cabin does NOT offer air conditioning in Summer months.

*Winter Storm Conditions may require 4wd or chains!*

This cabin is pet friendly.  Pets are welcomed upon approval.  There is an additional pet fee
of $25.00 per pet, per night that will be added to your reservation if traveling with a pet.
Make sure to ask for your complimentary doggie swag bag at check in.

(Directly across from the Ruidoso Fire Station at the Paradise Canyon intersection)

**Office Hours:**
- **Monday - Thursday: ** 9 AM - 5 PM
- **Friday: ** 9 AM - 6 PM
- **Saturday: ** 9 AM - 4 PM

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
Early check-in requests may be approved based on availability.
During holidays, check-in may be as late as 6:00 PM, and early check-in will not be available.


CHRISTMAS POLICY:
Reservations during the Christmas holiday require a minimum stay of 4 nights.
Reservations cannot begin or end on December 25 or January 1.
New reservations cannot create single-night gaps.
No cancellations or changes are allowed 30 days before your scheduled arrival.
