Hotel was very nice, though under renovation. Parking was somewhat secure, though we noticed several individuals prowling around our vehicle and felt the need to call the police twice during the night.

When I’m in Twin Falls, this is my go to Hotel right now. They’re doing a little bit of construction fixing on the outside. Other than that. There was no noise. It was amazing. Great breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed the big rooms. Staff is great and it’s clean. Really good place for the money.

This property is under renovation right now. So the one side by the entry way was in kind of a mess. We had a suite with 2 bedrooms and a living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great the living areas carpet was stained and needed to be cleaned and we had 2 chairs that the seats were in poor condition. No couch. I talked to the lady at check out and she said that the outside was getting done first and then the rooms. I was disappointed in the living area. Last year we stayed there and it was much better. The breakfast was great the staff was very friendly.

All area were great except the king size bead in 203. The bed was sagging and lumpy. Mattress was not bad. We have stayed in many La Quinta Inns before and never experienced this before.

Road weary. Happy people. Big room.
Slept well. Looks like it needs a remodel but everything was fine and clean. The carpet in our room was stretched out from time and wear. It was spotted and lumpy frayed at edges. Cheap and clean otherwise. Would be nice if there was a gluten free bread option at free breakfast.

Checking in the lady was not pleasant at all. I was leaving the next day and I checked out online that I was leaving at 11. Had the do not disturbed sign hanging and luckily I had the door locked because housekeeping tried coming in while I was showering at about 1015 That morning. Then came in again at 10:30 when I had told her twice that I was in here and I would check out at 11. It made me feel very uncomfortable and very rushed. I have stayed here plenty of times, but but recently each time has gotten worse

Bed was great, had a great night sleep. Bathroom needed a little more attention. Soap scum was building up on tile, a light was burned out, but shower had great water pressure. Hotel was having some remodeling done. Several workers coming in and out, but everyone seemed friendly. Breakfast was nice. Lots of choices.

Not sure where to start. I guess the first issue was that the lady that served me at check in seemed nice at first but then wanted to argue with me that Shoshone falls park wasn’t currently closed when we had only left there a little earlier disappointed that the entry roads were blocked and the park was closed indefinitely But the biggest and most important issue was when attempting to leave the next morning we continually had to wait extended times for the one and only lift and it wasn’t because of a huge number of guests it was because the lifts were continuously taken up by cleaning staff. On one occasion as I exited the lift an older lady (guest) entered but at the same time a cleaner entered the lift from the opposite side and had no care at all that she nearly pushed the old lady over. On another occasion when we were trying to enter the lift 2 cleaners from opposite sides of the lift were trying to enter and left no room for us. When I suggested that guests should have some priority the cleaner just laughed and entered the lift making jokes with the other cleaner. When we eventually got to the desk to check out we had a discussion with the staff members there and asked for the managers name and contact information and were pointed to a card on the front desk that didn’t exist.We then asked again for these details but the question was ignored. We fully understand that cleaners have a job to do a schedule to adhere to but that job should start after checkout time 11am
