Friendly staff. Bathroom seemed to be newly renovated and was very clean. The rest of the room was very clean, except for the lounge chair which was VERY stained. The phone had no cord so was completely useless if you needed to call the front desk or housekeeping. The first room they gave me was super hot and the HVAC didn't work. The next room HVAC display was so messed up you couldn't tell what temperature you had it set on. The fridge had no freezer compartment, so i was unable to refreeze my blue ice for my cooler. This hotel had the weirdest most useless luggage carts i have ever seen. However, the breakfast, for a nudget hotel was pretty good and had plenty of variety.

The toilet did not work in the 1st room so we had to change rooms. The bathroom in the 2nd room was dirty. The counter outside the bathroom was dirty and the TV did not work. I had other family members on the property at this time that had problems with their rooms and also had to change rooms.

No complaints. Room was clean and well kept. Customer service was great. The check in process was easy and quick. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast menu was okay. Next to the interstate, yet still very quiet. Very close to shopping center and restaurants.

Heat worked fine, but the room was dirty. Sheets had hair in them so did the bathroom tub and floors. Bathroom mirror wasnt clean. Ended up cleaning it my self. Definitely paying more next time and going to courtyard.
