The guy at the front desk was super rude. First, he refused to give me a receipt. Then, he canceled my reservation and told me I could re-book at twice the amount for the same type room he had just canceled. Then, he told me he had no boss when I asked him for his and also lied to the Monroe location on speaker phone claiming I "bad mouthed him." It was unbelievable and someone at The Hampton Inn needs to pull my attempted check-in video on 1/11/25 at approximately 3:30 pm to see how he is treating guests. He lost a lot of money in 2 days for your company and has no business working in customer service.
