Was a great hotel, only problem is the location, its a bit far from anything, in terms of walking, but there is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the local aeon shopping centre and one to the airport. Highly recommend for families. Great staff, very nice and helpful. Hotel does have a little convience store inside and a little pharamacy too, if you need anything

Very nice hotel close to Narita airport. We stayed for night before we flew back home and the rooms very spacious and clean. Would stay here again if needed. Hotel offers free bus shuttle to terminal 1&2 which was convenient and runs every 30mins.

Very beautiful hotel. Feels like a luxury hotel which is incredible for the price! The pool and fitness area cost extra which is a little weird but worth it!! There’s a swimming pool and jacuzzi that families can be together in and there are men & women only bathes as well for relaxing time. The buffets are amazing!!

Very convenient next to Terminal 3. Couldn’t find the schedule for the free shuttle bus from Narita so we walked to the hotel at midnight. There was a shuttle at 12.20am but we didn’t know at the time. Room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus in the morning was well organised by the staff for all 3 Terminals at Narita. Very efficient hotel.

Great value hotel, convenient for the airport
Super convenient for the airport and the free shuttle bus was a great help. For Japan the room was surprisingly large. Perfect for an early morning start for our journey home from Japan. The bar was very nicely decorated and the barman attentive.

We didn’t know that during winter they shut off the AC and so we had to open the window. No issues with this but the noise from the freeway was loud. We heard cars racing.

We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport. The Narita Tobu was very clean, and except for one hiccup with checking in ( my room wasn’t ready and so my check in was almost an hour later than allowed, BUT the agent gave me an extra hour for check out to make up for the late check in), the service was excellent. They were very accommodating with holding our luggage before check in and also after check out. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food (both on menu and buffet) was really good. Their convenience store is fully stocked with a variety of items as well as any last minute omiyage one might need. I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely stay there again.

The room is spacious in Japan but the hotel has no air conditioning , no central and no single room’s air conditioning . Feel stuffy . They claim that they have air conditioning provided but not , they should give up back some money for compensation . It feels stuffy in the room and hard to fall asleep
