Room was spacious and there was a shuttle to and from Narita airport. However the room temp control and humidifier were poor and caused us both an uncomfortable night right before our flight.

Great overnight stay before leaving Japan. Hotel rooms are very spacious. Decor is getting a bit dated, but still maintained to good standard. Shuttle bus to sirport & local Aeon mall is convenient. Dinner buffet was good, especially dessert selection.

Property is clean and the amenities are nice. The toiletries is superb. The stuff are friendly and the transportation really helps out specially for tourist like us . We booked 3 rooms for a week and my whole family enjoyed the experience. I’m definitely going to book again!

空港近くのホテルなのでしょうがない部分がありますが、もう少しおもてなしに気を使った対応があるのでは無いかと思った。騒がしくしてる客への対応やロビーのわちゃわちゃ感は時間によってはちゃんと対応できてるのかもしれないが。シャトルバスが来てるのか、いつ乗れるのか、ずっと確認し続けないと行かなかった。もっと安心を提供出来るはずと思った。
