Barely noticed the renovations. We had an excellent room on the 9th floor with two King beds and a 60-in TV everyone was super nice to us and we got a great discount with Starbucks perks could not be happier

I stayed at this hotel more than a dozen times over the years. Everything else was okay but my main concern this time is that my daughter dropped her AirPod in our room and whoever cleaned that room didn’t turned it in. It’s now at someone’s apartment in Rancho Cordova. I love to continue giving them my business but it’s no longer priority.

Great service. Shower was terrible. Way too much pressure and water only stayed nice and hot for about a min. Also the blow dryer didn't blow hot air either so it took my wife a long time to dry her hair

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. They have very limited yet very expensive dining options. They had for some reason supposedly no record that we had reserved a king sized bed. We were put in a room directly under a room where they were doing construction and it was very very noisy. 8 o’clock in the morning. When we went to talk to them about it, they Told us that it would not be happening for the rest of our stay, but this was not correct. When my husband went back again to the front desk to talk to them about it, they did not offer us anything to make up for the fact that there was construction above us every day.

Very happy
The lady at check in was so great. She started us off perfectly. We were happy to be able to also see her at check out. We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful. Really spacious with a giant TV. Unfortunately my daughter and her husband were not so lucky. There room was on a floor under construction and it was noisy and extremely dusty. The room itself was yucky and they had to call and have stained sheets changed. My advice, make sure you get a new room. Oh and the 9 dollar breakfasts (pay when checking in) had a lot of made to order options that were really good.

I understand they were under construction but the second day it was so loud and severe drilling the operator couldn’t hear me so I had to go to the lobby and explain the noise. They informed me first they were moving furniture and it was construction till 5 and eventually they changed my room to a different floor. The headache that afternoon was unbearable. The drilling was right over my room annd it felt like the ceiling was going to crash. I wanted to know if you knew they were doing this, why put me in that room. They then gave me a coupon for Starbucks for coffee. I should have said something the first night but thought it wouldn’t be an issue anymore. had to repack my things and move into the new room which was quiet and nice I have never had an issue with Marriott before.
