Love the pool. This hotel is always busy, I recommend to book within 2 weeks. Super clean bathroom and room. It is also very spacious.

Workers smoking right in front of property entrances/exits. Starring my wife down making her uncomfortable. Kids werent allowed to use little slide at water park even if we went with them. Paid a lot of money for a night away to relax and this is what we got. Very unimpressed.

We got this location specifically because it is more family-friendly and has an extravagant pool and closer to the 401. The rooms were so nice. We didn't hear the families next door or above. We do hear people talking in the hallway outside of the door. It didn't bother us as it wasn't frequent. We got a room with the outdoor balcony which our hallway wing shared and can enter and exit the swimming pool area. The only thing is there is no lock on the outside if the last person leave the room. You would need to lock from the inside and leave with your room key. I was also surprised that we have our own microwave in the room. Major plus because most hotels have a common microwave that's shared by all room tenants. I rated lower on the property conditions and facilities because all the doors to enter the hotel were not locked and didn't have an automatic lock so it seems unsafe as anyone can enter.

Atrium view was worth the extra money - sliding doors right into the upper deck of the pool area was awesome. There was a bistro set outside the doors which was great for drying off water toys. Beds were super comfy, lots of towels at the pool, friendly life guards. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quick check in and out. Lots of kid friendly food within a block of the property. Perfect little getaway for 2 young kids.
