The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There are few dining options nearby. The breakfast had some variety and was nutritious. The furnishings in my room were functional but not particularly attractive. My only complaint has to do with the AC unit. I stayed in a studio suite with a separate bedroom that had just enough space for a king bed and 2 night tables. The AC unit was built into the exterior wall near the window, and because of the small size of the room the AC unit was necessarily near the bed. When it came on, the fan was loud and poured cold air onto the bed, making sleep difficult (for me). Solution: earplugs and the supplied comforter.

We had an excellent stay at the Marriott Residence in London. We were in town for a concert. From the front desk to the cleaning staff we were very pleased. The free breakfast was very good.
