Great hotel near Narita airport. They offer a free shuttle bus service, a building convenience store, a gift shop, and a restaurant. Spacious and comfortable.

Tobu Hotel is very clean. Our room is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is also a plus, they serve delicious food and lots of fruit selection. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely will they here again.

The hotels location was very convenient to the airport. Instructions provided on how/ where to meet the bus was easy to understand. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! I appreciated the early check-in for an extra fee, it allowed me to rest a few extra hours. The kombini (7/11) in the lobby had a little bit of everything from food to souvenirs you would’ve liked at affordable prices for last minute shopping. I also loved having the drug store in the hotel as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and found the location of the hotel great. Nice that they provide (free) shuttle service to/from the mall as well. Booked for a future stay already!
