This place is an excellent value. At the time of this writing, I don't think you can find a better stay for the price. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and courteous. It's a little run down but clean with surprising amenities for a hotel in this price range.

Was a nice quiet stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. My room was clean. They accepted my 170lbs Great dane. They have a mini fridge and a microwave which was very nice. Just needs an update on linens, carpet, and couches. Other than that I felt very safe and had no issues when staying here.

Specifically booked hotel for its pool & breakfast option. The pool has been out of order for 5 months its webs doesn’t reflect this & the breakfast is waffles, muffins, cereal. Very disappointing

Run down and minimal amenities
There was no iron, the outlets in the vanity area did not work. The bedding was really uncomfortable and the comforter smelled like mildew. We were given 2 bath towels and one washcloth. No hand towels provided. Breakfast was very minimal, not a lot of options. The breakfast area was very clean.

Our time here started with waiting at the front desk until I noticed someone at the desk within view of the entrance. He was fully immersed in his phone and had not noticed us come in the entrance. The hallway carpeting was not just stained but dirty. The room carpeting was also very stained, but not openly dirty. My daughter found hairs in her bedding and stains on the sheets. When I went down to get clean sheets, response was slow and without any apology about the condition of the bedding. Other linens appeared to be clean. Although it said it was a non-smoking establishment, there was a faint residual smell of cigarettes, as well as what appeared to be cigarette burns in various places. The bathroom shower and tiling looked newish, but not great workmanship. No “do not disturb” door hanger. The positives were it had beds and AC, no evidence of bedbugs, and had an interior door lock.

The common areas and rooms have a bad smell like old socks and curry. Carpet in my room was heavily stained and gross looking. Paint was peeling off walls, blanket looked like it was the original from 1980s. No cable or satellite tv and remote control was so grimy i decided not to use the tv. The lobby was decent and the continental breakfazt was subpar

Under remodeling
The hotel was under remodeling. My room did not have a microwave, but I was allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast area. Also, my flight was canceled, so i didn't arrive until the next day. A representative from Hotels.com assisted me with contacting the hotel so i wouldn't be considered a "no show". I was assured I wouldn't be marked as such. However when I finally arrived to the hotel to check-in, the hotel still had me marked as a "no show".
