The hotel looks good and has ocean views and is clean and staff is number one. Internet is horrible to non existent. Shower was dripping water all over, toilet wouldn’t flush and the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Bathroom was tiny. Fitness center and pool were a complete joke. The food is awful and service is slow

Ficamos extremamente satisfeitos com a estadia no Portobelo Ondina, acomodação aconchegante, fomos surpreendidos com um upgrade de quarto, então ficamos em um quarto com uma sala extra e com vista pro Mar, roupa de cama impecável, decoração do quarto moderna, tinha de cortesia duas águas, duas cápsulas de café nespresso, duas cocadinhas Bahianas com fitinhas do Sr. do Bonfim, Também tinha disponível a cafeteira no quarto, duas tvs, roupão e cofre. Colchão confortável.

minha segunda hospedagem foi muito ruim
Em um unico mes estive duas vezes hopedada, a primeira 13/11 foi dentro do previsto. Quarto, vista, conservação boa, agradavel. esta ulmina do dia 27/11 foi ruim. Fiquei no aoartamento 104. Quarto e banheiro mal conservados. vista para um telhadino freio e sujo da marquise do proprio hotel e o pior mesmo quarto com BARULHOS altos e estrondosos provavelmenete nas tubulações no banheiro do quarto, o que dificultou o descanso pretendido. Tambem a garagem oferecida no ultimo piso do subsolo era uma bagunca - suja, cheia de cacarecos e poça grande de agua no chao aonde eramos obrigados a passar por cima para ter acesso a escada para entrar e sair.

Hotel precisando de melhores cuidados, paredes sujas, chão sujo. Enfim, minha segunda hospedagem lá e caiu muito a qualidade de 2 anos atrás para agora. Outro detalhe importante: O blackout da janela praticamente não existe, apesar de existir. Cinco horas da manhã o sol já invade o quarto. Os pontos positivos: Cordialidade dos funcionários, internet boa e o café da manhã.
