Loved how calm and relaxing it was. Not much of entertainment but just right if you are looking to relax. Entertainers did everything they could to help guests have a good time.

The entertainment crew was fantastic. The concierge was great. The food so so, be careful what you wat and drink, there is alot of stomach aches and diarrhea! Be sure to bring loperamide!

The food was not good, very simple, muy all family got food poison, and the hotel new repair in some many ways. I don’t recommended do vacation no quality of food. On the room the air conditioning was no working properly.

The hotel is nice but they have different prices from The transportation link. The link transporting was round trip for two hundred dollars from Santo Domingo to the hotel When you at the hotel is 400 dollars round trip very disappointing.

This property offered an amazing beach location, excellent service by all staff, from check-in to checkout. Housekeeping is excellent, and the dining staff was excellent as well. However, the food was not good at all, although there’s variety, it’s not good. The drinks were not good at all, all watered down tremendously. Moreover, entertainment is very limited considering it’s an all adults resort, although the entertainment staff did great the few shows available. Lastly, the day of our arrival there was construction going on, on bungalows next to mine, with debris everywhere as we were walking towards our bungalows, I expressed our dissatisfaction to a guests service agent that same day, moreover, the next morning at 7:30am, I was awaken to banging from the construction and again as I walked out of my bungalow there was debris everywhere. For those reason I will not be returning to this property, and have to rate it 3 stars only.
