I wanted a hotel close to the Frost Bank Center because I was attending a concert. We stayed in a really big room- there were 5 in my group. The receptionist was very nice. The room was clean. Overall a good stay.

The pictures make this place look wayyy better than it is. Our room had stains and what looked like snot and blood on the walls by the beds. The smell made my children and husband all have an allergic reaction. And to top it off there way hair in the bath tub! I am in the process of trying to get a refund as we had to leave immediately . Oh and the door jamb has definitely been messed with for someone to try to break in. This place need an over haul. Or to reduce its prices to $50 per night. Makes me question the whole best western brand.

Upon arrival 10/22/2024, the Hispanic guy in the front desk is very rude and terrible to deal. He act like a boss not a customer service. I been i a long flight and tired but when i ask him about early check in he wont allow me but i understand because of the time check in policy but i waited in the lobby until its already 2:00pm he is not allowing me to check in until the he left and the india guy help me to check in because theres available room.

My stay was okay. There were stains on the wall and I had to go to housekeeper to give me toilet paper because it wasn’t stocked up. The shower curtain had black spots on it when I got there, and they charged ME $30 for a stained shower curtain. They did not want to fix their mistake claiming they never leave anything stained when in fact it was stained otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining about! It would have been different if we were the ones who did but we weren’t! All they said was that it was the housekeepers word against mine when I know what I saw when I got there and there’s no way any of us could have left those stains in the first. SMH. It’s just not right and I think they should have resolved it the right way instead of taking my money for something they didn’t do. Trash.

The room smell like urine we literally slept with the window open and the person at the front desk told me “we can spray something or give you your money back” but they charge 40usd for early check in breakfast 6AM-9AM are you kidding? Do yourself a favor and get a room somewhere else (room 310 FYI)
