This Craftsman home built in 1958 provides the perfect home base to explore San Antonio.

Centrally located on major transit lines and on an oversized lot, Ten31 is moments away from downtown via car or major transit lines. Whether you're headed to the Pearl for nightlife, an event at AT&T Center or the Alamodome, or sightseeing downtown, you can be anywhere within 15 minutes via bus, car or rideshare.

Located in the historic Denver Heights neighborhood, nearly every inch of this home has been lovingly restored including a modern kitchen with brand new appliances, and a brand new bathroom.

As avid travelers living right next door, we would be delighted to guide you to San Antonio's best attractions, restaurants and nightlife and equally happy to be invisible allowing you privacy and security during your vacation.

Are you traveling for work? Ten31 features gigabit internet on a Ubiquiti Wifi Network for reliable video calls as well as a dedicated desk in the second bedroom.

Since the home is located on a major road, you may experience some traffic noise, especially in the front bedroom and living room.

While we provide earplugs for your convenience, and have replaced windows and drywall to ensure your stay is peaceful, if you are a very light sleeper we recommend you sleep in the back master bedroom.

We ask our guests to follow normal "inner city" guidelines, including removing all valuables from your vehicle and locking its doors. Please set the house alarm whenever you are not present.

Great house!
This is great place to stay! The house has everything you need. It is very convenient to everything just not in the best neighborhood. It is on a busy street, so quite noisy. The house has been updated and is very clean!

Property is just as the pics are, very beautiful home and the owner George was more than accommodating and responsive. You can clearly see the love they put into this home. Thank you so much for hosting us! Definitely will be back!
