Park at your own risk
I stayed one night and by the morning, I found my truck vandalized. Someone broke my window and tore it out. Nothing was stopped but just for that vandalism, I don’t feel good recommending this hotel. I called the front office about video footage but they don’t have anything in that direction of their property. Park at our own risk is what I would tell anyone.

I Love the hotel but the only big problem people break into your vehicles at night. When I stayed there the first night 3 trucks were broken into insane. I didn’t felt safe there so I left the next day. The staff didn’t seem like they cared. they say this incident always happens to them but they don’t seem to do anything about it, such as they can hire a security maybe.

Just not a very pleasant stay. Felt uneasy of the area. Homeless guy was walking in and out of the lobby. Then we find our friend’s back window of her truck busted out in the morning. Cops said it was the 13th break-in with the week. Wish this information would have been passed on before the stay. Just drive 5 more miles and pay $10 per night to stay at a much safer place.

When we booked the hotel, we selected a room with 1 king and 2 queens I paid for an extra guest and when I got there they gave me a room with 1 king and a sofa bed, was at the lobby trying to see what we could do about it and ended getting a room that someone didn't show up to around 2am, we booked this hotel one of the reasons being the pool wich on our first day didn't open because of some quemicals until 6pm but by that time we had to be somewhere else, one of the girls was really nice telling us maybe next day we could do a late check out so the kids could enjoy the pool in the morning

Comforting Stay
Online it said check in was 3pm, We arrived at 3:15pm and our room wasn’t ready. At the front desk it says check in is 4pm so no biggy, our room was still ready around 3:30pm. The staff was very friendly even with their computers currently being down. When we got to the room, it was very clean and comforting. After our road trip, I wanted to take a shower and unfortunately the water was not hot at all. It got maybe warm but definitely wasn’t ideal. The sink water got very hot so not sure what was going on. We were other staying for 2 days and with the heat, I didn’t mind too much. While we were away, room service came in and cleaned up making the room look brand new! The breakfast options were good as well, offering a lot of variety of options. Overall I enjoyed my stay other than a few minor hiccups. The location was close to everything as well which was very convenient

The staff was very friendly at the check in desk. Breakfast was delicious and always clean/full of options. The hotel lost power due to a storm while we were there but the staff made sure everyone felt safe. Our kiddos loved the pool area. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by! We will be back for sure!

When you walk in it is clean and smell good, the concierge could be more friendlier and have someone available, went downstairs twice and no one was there, had to wait for a while until someone comes out the door they had. The room itself was nice and spacious, beds were clean and restroo too. The noise from outside is minimum. Overall, we enjoyed our night and were able to sleep in.

DISGUSTING LIE
