This is our second year in a row staying at Hotel Contessa for Christmas. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is great, and the restaurant is fantastic! Looking forward to staying here again next year!

I am disappointed with my experience at Hotel Contessa. This was my first time staying and probably my last. For the amount of money I spent I expected more. The room temperature was very cold, when I called for maintenance I was told everyone was trying to heat their rooms and it would probably take two or more hours for the heat to kick in. The traffic could be heard through the walls as well as the other guests in the hotel. I was looking forward to a better stay because I had heard good things about Contessa, unfortunately that wasn't the case for my family and I.

Hotel Contessa made an excellent vacation for us. Every one of their employees greeted us with a smile and kindness. Great renovations! My only suggestion- extend your happy hour menu to the outside patio. It’s wonderful to sit there and people watch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel took my money from Expedia and still charged me full price when I checked in, they refused to return the over payment. I would not recommend this hotel or booking service. The booking agent did not get my money back or even try. They said they are only allowed to make one call to the hotel and they did not answer. If you read this review, please warn as many people as you can not to use this hotel or booking service.
