Wonderful experience, stay here if you can.
Fantastic property near river walk and expo center. It was an excellent experience. Great warm breakfast with fresh fruit. The host Roland was wonderful to talk to. Parking was great everything was clean and tidy. So much better than a mega chain hotel stay.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were very comfortable. Our room was a little small for four people. Probably should have gotten 2 rooms. Location was nice and quiet and very convenient to the River Walk.

Roland, Margaret and Vanessa take great care of you. Super breakfasts. Very convenient to the Riverwalk. No problem walking to almost all tourist sites including the Alamo. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

the stay was wonderful. the steps for the mockingbird suite are a little scary and should probably have some sort of lighting at night. the bathroom door seems to nee work. doesn't seem to be hung quite right
