3 night stay reduced to 2, no frills, hardly nothing available. Clean sheets & towels but that’s about it. Breakfast is nothing but juice & muffins. Not fitness center, no business center. No cups or ice container in room. Floors sticky & not a good area. 1st time at SPARK & will not do again. Red Roof inns are better than this place.

House keeping was great! Everyday they would do our beds and bring clean towels. Front desk staff were helpful with great customer service. What I really dislike was that the place didn’t offer a microwave and for breakfast they would only offer bagels, muffins, orange juice and coffee.. I would really recommend for them to offer fruits and cereal at least.

The location was perfect for my needs, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I loved the inviting setup in the entrance, which included a nice area to relax and a breakfast setup that looked appealing, even though I didn’t get a chance to try it. I would absolutely book a stay here again.

Our keys did not work mid day thru our second day of the stay, front desk asked for room number and last name when I asked to have the keys reactivated. I suggested he look at my drivers license and he said last name was sufficient. For security purposes you are not suppose to be saying room number out loud. Odd. Never apologized. Glass bottle broken thru out parking lot. Exterior trashes overflowing for more than a day.
